JSC "Baltic Sea Port" has various facilities, both indoors and outdoors, that would be very appropriate for various kinds of businesses. You'll find office space, manufacturing space and open air areas in which to store various products. The facilities are all completely equipped and well protected.

".Closed warehouses."

The warehouses are appropriate for the storage of various kinds of non-food products. The territory is guarded, and clients have access to the facilities on a 24/7 basis. Identification of visitors is always required throughout the entire territory. Warehouse facilities are equipped with stationary bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of between five and 20 tonnes.

Given that the warehouses are located in the territory of a port, they are of particular advantage for those companies, which engage in import and/or export operations. JSC "Baltic Sea Port" offers the reloading of cargo from trains to ships or into the warehouse facilities of the client. If the client manufactures or stores products at JSC "Baltic Sea Port", they can be loaded directly from the warehouse into the selected form of transport.

".Open air warehouses."

There are 79,000 m2 of open air warehouse facilities, which are mostly used for the needs of JSC "Baltic Sea Port".

The cargo of various clients is stored there until it is loaded into ships. The warehouses are equipped with stationary bridge cranes with a lifting capacity of between one and 20 tonnes. All of the open air facilities are located on land that is covered with asphalt or cement plates. The territory is guarded, and clients have access to the facilities on a 24/7 basis.

".Manufacturing facilities."

Some of the closed warehouse facilities can be used by our clients for manufacturing needs. Companies are already producing chip granules and PVC windows, they are processing timber, etc.

".Office space."

We are pleased to offer office space in a seven-story office building. It is equipped with two lifts and dining facilities. There are parking facilities alongside the building. The offices are particularly appropriate for small and medium-sized companies, with floor space ranging between 9 and 110 m2. The building has an autonomous heating system and modern telecommunications (fixed telephone lines, very fast Internet services). The building is guarded on a 24/7 basis.

Many companies have already discovered that it is very convenient to have an office outside of the city centre. There is never any problem in arriving at the territory and parking one's car. Efficient public transportation is available so that clients can reach the city centre or other parts of Rīga in few minutes.
